In testing, a possible problem has been found with Digital Performer.  While DP 
sees the MIDI ports correctly, and in DP's MIDI set-up they can be tested 
properly, its MIDI outputs do not seem to work correctly under 10.3.  We tested 
with other programs (including Cubase SX and Logic) and only Digital Performer 
showed this problem.  We will continue to investigate.
