TASCAM DEBUTS CD-SP1 CASE AND SPEAKER SYSTEM

03-28-2007
Functions as a Case for TASCAM CD Trainers, with Built-In Speakers and CD Storage

Montebello , CA (September 28, 2004 ): TASCAM is now shipping the CD-SP1, which functions as both a case for their CD Trainers and a speaker monitoring system for musicians. The CD-SP1 has a padded spot for a CD-GT1 Guitar Trainer, CD-BT1 Bass Trainer or CD-VT1 Vocal Trainer plus a power supply. It also has storage sleeves for up to 24 compact discs. But the most impressive feature of the CD-SP1 has to be the built-in speaker system, which lets you perform with a TASCAM CD Trainer anywhere the road takes you.

"Customers love the battery power of our CD Trainers," says Jim Bailey, Product Development Manager for TASCAM. "The new CD-SP1 allows musicians to take their CD-GT1 along with them, whether they want to practice in headphones or perform using the built-in, battery-powered speakers. The NXT technology speakers sound great, since they can produce a full-range signal with a flat-surface driver."

The CD-SP1 is shipping now, and is available at TASCAM dealers worldwide.
