Teams With MXL For Affordable Interface/Mic Bundle

Montebello, CA (October, 2006): The company that invented home recording has announced its first condenser microphone, the LD-74. Designed by MXL, the LD-74 features a 1" gold-sputtered diaphragm, FET preamp, brass construction and a heavy-duty mic clip for attaching to a stand.

The LD-74 is going to be available separately, or as part of the new TNT Bundle. This package containing the US-122L audio/MIDI interface, the LD-74 microphone and 48-track Cubase LE software gives musicians a recording studio that plugs into their Mac or PC for a street price under $200. The US-122L is TASCAM's latest computer interface, employing USB 2.0 technology for up to 96kHz resolution and low latency delay. It features a pair of XLR microphone inputs with phantom power, MIDI I/O and a solid, road-tested metal construction
