January 16, 2018 - Asheville, NC... The Bob Moog Foundation will be rocking the 2018 Winter NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) Show with selections of vintage vinyl from the Bob Moog Foundation Archives. The four-day convention takes place from January 25th-January 28th and gathers over 1,500 exhibitors and over 100,000 attendees. The Foundation will be spinning electronic music recordings from the 1960s and early 1970s at the TASCAM/TEAC booth 18910 between 10am-6pm each day.

Pulling from its vast archive of historical materials, the Foundation will feature iconic vintage recordings by Wendy Carlos, Morton Subotnick, Larry Fast, Isao Tomita, Emerson, Lake, & Palmer, Yes, Rick Wakeman, and Stevie Wonder, as well as rarities by Beaver and Krause, Mort Garson, Dick Hyman, Jean-Jacques Perrey, and more. All of the vinyl will be played on TEAC's TN-420 belt-driven turntable, and heard through TASCAM's powerful TH-02 headphones. |
